enza...
che mi sono tornate utili e cosi' ho arrangiato l
a torta a Marco..

La base è il vanilla cake..
come farcia ho fatto(1) una crema al formag
gio..
montando, formaggio tipo phila.........panna,latte
c ondensato e
puro ciocco al latte biancoVenchi...al tutto ho aggiunto microsfere di
puro cacao Venchi...una vera bonta'..
invece nella tortina..pacco ho aggiunto (per rendere a
ncora piu'
goloso e per far piacere a Marco che ama il ciocco)..
.una g anache
al ciocco Venchi .....
e da come si vede dalla foto l'hanno mangiata a cucchiaiate Lui e
mia figlia....che golosoni!!

meta del riso...pareggiato e messo sopra del prosciutto crudo e sottilette..
ho coperto con il restante riso e fatto cuocere prima da un lato e poi
aiutandomi con un piatto per capovolgerla..dall'altro lato...
e voila'.... bella croccante...è piaciuta alla piccola di casa....
