Here's how I made them:
first thing I made a nice sauce accomplice always easy ..
in a pot I made a piece of dried onion to c

while cooking the sauce I made the dough d elle meatballs with:
bread soaked in water, minced pork, eggs, Parmesan cheese,
salt, parsley and garlic chopped fine and raisins and pine nuts ....
and it was then that I thought aq Standard grease be lli these forthcoming Hearts
Factory Gragnano pasta. ...... . Then li ho presi...cotti per
meta' del loro tempo di cottura,scolati,passati su carta assorbente
e messi nella pirofila Pedrini coperta da sug o... poi li ho riempiti
con ...al centro l'impasto delle polpette e ester na mente in quei buchini
che vedete lateralmente con della buonissim a prov ol a affumicata..
coperti da tanto sugo e una bella manciata di pa rmigiano grattugiato!!!
di corsa in forno x 10' a 180°
