CARNIVAL Chiaromontesi

RECIPES

The Sauce

Ingredients for 6:
700g of cherry tomatoes;

300g of sausage fat;

400g pork chops;

Extra virgin olive oil;

è piu' scuro)..li ho messi in una padella con burro biologico olio e un

CHIAROMONTE – Si avvicina Carnevale e l’associazione “Enotria” organizza il Carnevale Chiaromontese 2011 e propone “Carnevalando… Vernacolando”. L’edizione del carnevale chiaromontese sarà diviso in più momenti, che vogliono coinvolgere tutta la popolazione. Enotria, infatti, parte dall’idea che bisogna ripartire dal “basso”, vale a dire chiedendo collaborazione alla cittadinanza in primis e poi alle istituzioni locali come l’Istituto comprensivo “S. Lucia”, il Centro dei disturbi alimentari “G.Gioia”, il Centro Riabilitazione Alcologica, l’Oratorio della Parrocchia San giovanni Battista – proprio per dare pieno sostegno alla tradizione del Carnevale Chiaromontese. A Chiaromonte il carnevale è nato come festa per il paese e del paese, senza alcuna discriminante. Fondamentale è il contributo che anche questa volta daranno i carristi a tale iniziativa, ma il carnevale non è un esclusiva dei carristi e non lo deve diventare. Al carnevale parteciperanno anche gruppi a piedi che allieteranno con le loro coreografie. Carnevale è anche per i bambini che vestono nei più svariati modi. Carnevale è anche gruppo di amici che da anni condividono la tradizione di inventarsi un vestito e di divertirsi insieme; Carnevale dev’essere una rara occasione di svago in cui crollano tutti i 2ruoli” e a cui tutti possono partecipare. Ecco il programma della manifestazione suddiviso in due giornate: domenica 6 intorno alle ore 14, partenza della sfilata delle maschere e dei carri allegorici da Piazzetta San Pasquale (sin dalle ore 13 sarà possibile iscrivere la maschera e il carro per la partecipazione al concorso). La sfilata percorrerà le principali vie del paese portando musica e allegria. In alcuni punti sono previste delle soste che vogliono creare momenti d’ironia, nonché, involve an increasing number of citizens to follow the parade. La commedia verte sulla vita quotidiana della popolazione di chiaromonte, mettendo in risalto le difficoltà, le ristrettezze economiche, le opinioni politiche, l’operato dei politici: locali e nazionali, il tutto visto da occhi di uomini maturi, ma che la vita ha portato ad un solo tipo di ragionamento logico: quello delle necessità quotidiane che solo che dedica tutta la vita al lavoro può capire. A fare da contorno a questa manifestazione e per raggiungere gli obbiettivi ci sarà in questa edizione anche il primo concorso “Il più bello del Carnevale”. Quindi spazio al divertimento e alla buona tavola.

per smorzare il piccante della salsa.... in questi carinissimi piattini
