Friday, June 12, 2009, the Cultural Association Calyx greet the arrival of summer with a fun dinner, "Wrote" dedicated to the wines 'fresh' at the farm of the Oltrepò Pavese wine Montini Santa Giulietta (Pavia).
The menu includes:
Bars with sparkling wine and Pinot
Cup Muffin with olives, bacon and sausage
salad onions and sour chicken with horseradish sauce
cake with grilled vegetables
champagne risotto with diced fresh tomato
egg noodles and basil with fresh porcini
loin of pork with marsala demi-glace and crispy bacon baked potatoes
strawberry parfait with raspberry coulis and tasting coffee and grappa Moscato
