The exhibition will open September 26, 2008, the Farm FARM CABELLO of Casalnoceto between Tortona and Salice Terme (nearest motorway exits: A7 Tortona Gerola or case).
The evening will present the case of "THE BLUE DEATH" with a dinner devoted to the tastes of Tortona hills.
In ancient farmhouse in Piedmont style, ties of this region with the nearby Ligurian coast will be highlighted by a story that revolves around the mysterious death of an entrepreneur Tortona during a dive underwater. During dinner, the public will the opportunity to taste an aperitif of the historic company Abbondio of Tortona, the wines of Cantina Sociale Winegrowers Tortonese, salami company. The Shack Agrituristica Montegioco, balsamic vinegar Emiliani Carbonara Scrivia as well as the famous Baci di Dama Tortonesi of Earthly Delights.
The show will continue with two more dinners planned for October 24 and November 21 respectively dedicated to the specialty of the Via Romea and those of Valle Staffora.
Participants at the dinner will be offered the opportunity to spend the entire weekend in Oltrepò staying in hotels at discounted prices. In addition to relaxing spa packages offered by Salice Terme, the weekend from 26 to September 28 offers the opportunity to participate in a rich panorama of events: from the market of typical products in the medieval village of Varzi with free guided tours to nature reserve of Mount Alps, to walk in the footsteps of Bertoldo, Bertoldino Cacasenno and the farmers of that Retorbido gave rise to the famous comic stories of Julius Caesar Cross and Adriano Banchieri
